Fairfax Family Practice has been providing family- centered medical care to Northern Virginia since 1971. In collaboration with the Virginia Commonwealth University Department of Family Medicine we provide graduate medical education to new family medicine residents. All of the care delivered at Fairfax Family Practice is supervised by board certified specialists in family medicine. We provide state of the art medical care by fostering on-going education for all of our doctors, residents and teachers alike.
Family medicine is the medical specialty that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family. The scope of family practice encompasses all ages and genders, each organ system and every disease entity.
We are a part of the Fairfax Family Practice Centers, which have many offices throughout Northern Virginia. All of our physicians are dedicated to providing medical care that is specifically tailored to your needs and the needs of your family.
A patient-centered medical home is a model of care where each patient has an ongoing relationship with a personal physician who leads a team responsible for that patient's care. The physician-led care team provides for every patient's health care needs and coordinates care across the health care system.
